Professional Experience

With over 20 years of experience, Roberto Greco is a reference in Tax and Corporate Law, leading teams in both advisory and litigation matters.
He works on high-complexity projects involving tax structuring and international transactions. He is highly regarded for his expertise in tax planning and strategic consultancy for national and multinational companies, focusing on risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Roberto is also experienced in representing clients in administrative and judicial tax proceedings, delivering personalized and strategic solutions. Since 2020, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Tax Studies of São Paulo and a tax advisor at Mises Institute (USA).
